DIGITAL PRINTED RESOURCES
With all staff completing E3 Training, we now have the opportunity to train our volunteers on how FCA integrates E3 into every area of ministry. We just completed the last two resources: E3 PowerPoint and The E3 Workbook. These last two resources are supplements to The E3 Playbook and The CORE. The E3 PowerPoint and Workbook goes through the main principles of Engage, Equip and Empower and how to implement those principles in your schools, teams and Huddles.
Here are the four key resources for E3 implementation:
The E3 Playbook - Comprised of three main sections, this resource contains biblical principles of discipleship multiplication, training, and tools to help you implement each principle within the E3 discipleship process.
The E3 Workbook – Supplements The E3 PowerPoint in E3 discipleship training with key points, interactive fill-in-the-blanks and discussion questions.
The CORE – Used to journey with a new believer through eight essentials of the Christian faith that teaches what it means to be a disciple.
The E3 PowerPoint – Contains the primary videos and talking points for a leader to facilitate a 2-3 hour training experience with volunteers on the E3 discipleship process.
